If there was one thing Elektra hated it was seeing a victim. Seeing that girl being made a victim by her own father? It irritated her on so many levels. A father was supposed to be the one guiding her not to become that kind of person after all.  She wasn't going to insult her by pointing out her situation though. A distraction was needed.
